## Summary
- document that AWS MSK Routine Load IAM authentication is supported
starting from Doris 4.1.0
- add the version note below the title in English, Chinese, and Japanese
- keep the current and 4.x English/Chinese pages in sync
## Why
AWS MSK IAM authentication was introduced by apache/doris#61324 and
backported to `branch-4.1` by apache/doris#62245. The backport is included in
the Doris 4.1.0 release and is not present in the 4.0 branch, so the aggregated
4.x documentation needs an explicit version boundary.
The repository does not currently contain a Japanese `version-4.x` AWS MSK
page, so this PR updates the existing Japanese current source page without
expanding the change into a new full-page translation.

- completed successfully; reported only pre-existing CJK spacing, SEO,
external-link report-only, and Japanese candidate notices in the touched pages
