[doc](metabase) Update the Metabase Doris driver download URL (#4046)
## Purpose
The Metabase Doris driver has moved to the `velodb` organization. This
PR updates the driver download links in the Metabase integration docs to
point at https://github.com/velodb/metabase-doris-driver.
## What changed
Replaced `github.com/xylaaaaa/metabase-doris-driver` with
`github.com/velodb/metabase-doris-driver` in 12 places across 4 files:
- `docs/connection-integration/data-integration/metabase.md` (English,
current)

`versioned_docs/version-4.x/connection-integration/data-integration/metabase.md`
(English, 4.x)
-
`i18n/zh-CN/.../current/connection-integration/data-integration/metabase.md`
(Chinese, current)

`i18n/zh-CN/.../version-4.x/connection-integration/data-integration/metabase.md`
(Chinese, 4.x)
Only the repository owner changed. The release tag link, the `curl`
commands for the JAR and its `.sha256` checksum, and the expected
SHA-256 digest are all kept as-is.
The 2.1/3.x docs and the Japanese docs still download the older driver
from the VeloDB COS bucket and are intentionally left untouched.
## Note for reviewers
The `velodb/metabase-doris-driver` repository does not have a published
release yet, so the `v1.0.0` links in this PR will 404 until the release
is cut. Please make sure the release is published with the asset names
`doris.metabase-driver-v1.0.0.jar` and
`doris.metabase-driver-v1.0.0.jar.sha256` before merging, and update the
SHA-256 digest in the docs if the JAR was rebuilt rather than copied
over.
