+The `DAMERAU_LEVENSHTEIN_DISTANCE` function calculates the

between two strings.
+
+The Damerau-Levenshtein edit distance is the minimum number of 
single-character edits required to transform one string into another. Supported 
edit operations include:
+
+- Insert a character
+- Delete a character
+- Substitute a character
+- Transpose two adjacent characters
+
+Compared with `LEVENSHTEIN`, `DAMERAU_LEVENSHTEIN_DISTANCE` treats adjacent 
character transposition as a single edit operation, so it is more suitable for 
handling input errors caused by reversed character order. For example, `abcd` 
and `abdc` only require transposing the adjacent `c` and `d`, so the 
Damerau-Levenshtein distance is 1, while the Levenshtein distance is 2.
+
+This function calculates distance by UTF-8 characters, not by bytes. 
Therefore, multibyte characters such as Chinese characters are treated as one 
character.

+Damerau-Levenshtein 编辑距离表示将一个字符串转换为另一个字符串所需的最少单字符编辑次数。支持的编辑操作包括:

+- 插入一个字符
+- 删除一个字符
+- 替换一个字符
+- 交换两个相邻字符
+
+与 `LEVENSHTEIN` 相比,`DAMERAU_LEVENSHTEIN_DISTANCE` 
将相邻字符交换视为一次编辑操作,因此更适合处理由于字符顺序颠倒造成的输入错误。例如,`abcd` 与 `abdc` 之间只需要交换相邻的 `c` 和 
`d`,Damerau-Levenshtein 距离为 1,而 Levenshtein 距离为 2。

+The Damerau-Levenshtein edit distance is the minimum number of 
single-character edits required to transform one string into another. Supported 
edit operations include:
+
+- Insert a character
+- Delete a character
+- Substitute a character
+- Transpose two adjacent characters
+
+Compared with `LEVENSHTEIN`, `DAMERAU_LEVENSHTEIN_DISTANCE` treats adjacent 
character transposition as a single edit operation, so it is more suitable for 
handling input errors caused by reversed character order. For example, `abcd` 
and `abdc` only require transposing the adjacent `c` and `d`, so the 
Damerau-Levenshtein distance is 1, while the Levenshtein distance is 2.

+This function calculates distance by UTF-8 characters, not by bytes. 
Therefore, multibyte characters such as Chinese characters are treated as one
