URL: https://github.com/apache/doris/pull/64027

The subscript operator `s['field']` / `s[idx]` is parsed directly into an
ElementAt expression, while element_at only supports ARRAY and MAP. Unlike the
named call `element_at(s,'f')` (an UnboundFunction handled by
visitUnboundFunction, which applies ElementAt.rewriteWhenAnalyze() to turn a
struct element_at into struct_element), the bracket form goes through
visitElementAt and never got that rewrite. As a result element_at(struct) was
sent to the BE, which aborts on a DCHECK in ASAN builds (DORIS-26105) and
returns an INVALID_ARGUMENT error in release builds.

Apply the shared ElementAt.rewriteWhenAnalyze() in visitElementAt so both
the named and subscript syntaxes behave identically and route struct field
access to struct_element. No new function or BE change is involved.
