### What problem does this PR solve?
Remove toSql(), toSqlImpl(), toSqlWithoutTbl(), toExternalSql(), and
toColumnLabel() from legacy Expr and all 39 subclasses. Introduce three visitor
classes (ExprToSqlVisitor, ExprToExternalSqlVisitor, ExprToColumnLabelVisitor)
plus ExprVisitor base and ToSqlParams context. Update all call sites across FE.
Build and checkstyle pass clean.
