Issue Number: close #xxx
## Problem summary
When unique key with MOW table has sequence column, the query result may
loss some data with predicates. There are two problems:
1. The sequence column needs to be removed from primary key index when
comparing key.
2. The sequence column needs to be removed from min/max key.
