URL: https://github.com/apache/doris/pull/60277

What problem does this PR solve?
   Issue Number: close #60163

Problem Summary: When querying the MySQL JDBC catalog, the table_comment
field is empty. This happens because the MySQL JDBC driver requires specific
properties to fetch metadata comments. This PR adds remarks=true and
useInformationSchema=true to the JDBC connection URL in JdbcMySQLClient to
ensure table comments are correctly retrieved.

   Release note
