### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-doris/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Version 1.1.2-rc05 ### What's Wrong? When PluginMgr failed to install a dynamic plugin, because PluginMrg has some bugs, it can not catch all kinds of exceptions and will not trigger plugin uninstallation, so when we want to reinstall this plugin, because the plugin file already exists, reinstallation will never be succeed even if the plugin has not any problems. ### What You Expected? Plugin installation should be successfully, or nothing should be left if failed to install. ### How to Reproduce?
