   在没有任何SYNC JOB的情况下，fe日志一直报错

   报错信息：
   (Thread-93|153) [CanalSyncDataReceiver.process():97] Receiver is error. 
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused

   如何正确配置canal信息，仅仅在create sync job中，还是在fe的conf下要添加一个canal.properties
