   # Proposed changes

   Issue Number: close #xxx

   ## Problem summary

   After the query ends, inaccurate query mem tracker in tpch : Q1, Q6, Q13
   |tpch|old query mem tracker|fix query mem tracker|
   |--|--|--|
   |Q1|-300M|178.34M|
   |Q6|-100M|13.56M|
   |Q13|-2G|4.75G|
   The reason for the negative number is that a lot of memory is freed after
the query mem tracker is destructed.

   Q13 minimal case:
   ```
   -2G
   select
       count(o_orderkey) as c_count
   from
       orders right outer join customer on
           c_custkey = o_custkey
           and o_comment not like '%special%requests%';
   ```

   1.1 lts have the same problem
