### What problem does this PR solve?
Problem Summary:
in sort node, the topn maybe have a runtime predicate, which could filter
data in scan. and then get the topn rows.
but sometimes maybe not have runtime predicate, in this case will sort all
data firstly, then put data into heap, and last pop data to maintain heap size.
in this PR, will be change as following step,
1. put data into heap until heap size equal limit rows.
2. not sort arrive data, use top value filter arrive data firstly, then put
the rows which is left.
3. maintain heap size and pop data.
