### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-doris/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Version 1.1.2 ### What's Wrong? When I use the auditloader plugin, i found that load stmt's format is not right, it looks like missing file format clause(I'm sure i've added file format clause when i submit broker load request). According to [BROKER-LOAD-DOC](https://doris.apache.org/zh-CN/docs/sql-manual/sql-reference/Data-Manipulation-Statements/Load/BROKER-LOAD) , the toSql's implement of DataDescription class need to modify to fix this problem. ### What You Expected? LoadStmt's `toSql` func should generate right sql ### How to Reproduce?
