### What problem does this PR solve?
Support explode table function rewrite when materialized view contains
explode
such as mv def is as following:
```sql
CREATE MATERIALIZED VIEW mv_with_explode
BUILD IMMEDIATE REFRESH COMPLETE ON MANUAL
DISTRIBUTED BY RANDOM BUCKETS 2
PROPERTIES ('replication_num' = '1')
AS
select t.o_orderkey, t.l_orderkey, c2
from
(
select * from
orders
left join lineitem on l_orderkey = o_orderkey
where o_orderkey > 1
) t
LATERAL VIEW explode_outer(t.o_array2) t1 as c2
where o_orderkey > 2
```
query is as following, this can be rewritten successfully by mv
```sql
select t.o_orderkey, t.l_orderkey, c2
from
(
select * from
orders
left join lineitem on l_orderkey = o_orderkey
where o_orderkey > 3
) t
LATERAL VIEW explode_outer(t.o_array2) t1 as c2
```
