Problem Summary:Added regr_avgx, regr_avgy, regr_count aggregate functions
and simple unit tests to BE.
### Release note
Adds support for three new aggregate functions (REGR_AVGX, REGR_AVGY, and
REGR_COUNT) to enable basic linear regression analysis. These functions allow
users to calculate the average of the independent variable (x), the average of
the dependent variable (y), and the number of non-null pairs (x, y).
