用的是jsonrpc2.0吧，method应该传什么，id传什么，params应该传什么，在readme有吗？你readme里面参数是不是不全，你找一个人试试你readme里面的参数，你看看能出来结果吗？还有，mcp-session-id写了吗？我就要使用api调用的时候需要用initialize，这个有说明吗？
