### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-doris/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Description During the rapid dev of Doris, quick deployment is a highly useful requirement. I plan to develop a `dev-box` that integrates function such as deploying Doris docker clusters and scripts for dev and debug. I will co-op with other members Major design objectives for `dev-box`: * `dev-box` should integrates all necessary environments and can be easily deployed on any host with `dockerd`. * Quick deployment of Doris cluster with multiple nodes of all kind. * Easy configuration contains the git repository, the build image, the cluster size, start options, conf files and others. * Support user-defined scripts after deployment.
