### What problem does this PR solve?
Issue Number: close #52557
Related PR: N/A
Problem Summary:
When querying Hive views through External Catalog, queries fail due to case
sensitivity issues. Hive view definitions often contain uppercase identifiers
(table names, column names, keywords), but Doris processes them
case-sensitively, causing "table not found" errors.
**Example:**
- Hive view SQL: `SELECT COL1 FROM TEST_DB.TEST_TABLE WHERE COL1 = 'value'`
- Doris looks for uppercase `TEST_TABLE` but actual table is lowercase
`test_table`
- Result: Query fails with "Unknown table" error
**Solution:**
Add `HiveViewSqlTransformer` utility to normalize Hive view SQL by
converting non-quoted content to lowercase while preserving quoted string
literals.
### Release note
Fix case sensitivity issue in Hive view SQL processing for External Catalog
compatibility.
