* aws s3 service has the limit:
```
3,500 PUT/COPY/POST/DELETE or 5,500 GET/HEAD requests per second per
partitioned Amazon S3 prefix
```
`recycle_pool_parallelism = 40` means start 40 threads to execute
deleteObjects, it will get the error sometimes it seems `deleteObjects` will be
treated as multi times DELETE instead of a POST request according to demo test
```
http code: 503
errorMessage: Please reduce your request rate
```
