[I] [Bug] 使用pyspark查询doris时，如果查询条件中是汉字，会查询不到任何结果 [doris]

   doris 3.0.4
   pyspark 3.5
   
   ### What's Wrong?
   
   当我使用这样的查询时，会返回空结果：`spark.sql("SELECT * FROM USER WHERE NAME = '小明'").show()`
   当我使用这样的查询时，会返回正确结果：`spark.sql("SELECT * FROM USER WHERE NAME = 
'Tom'").show()`
   我非常确定数据库中存在上述两种数据，可以使用datagrid等工具查询出来，但是使用pyspark却查询不出来
