   ### What problem does this PR solve?

   for expression:   `random(1, 10) <  5  and random(1, 10) > 8`,  simplify
range will treat the two randoms equals, then modify it as `FALSE`, but it's
wrong, the two `random` are distinct, it need to evaluate random function two
times.

   so we add a unique id to RANDOM, when compare RANDOM, just compare unique
id.

   Also, there are total four non-foldable function, all of them need add an
unique id, they included:
   1. random;
   2. random_bytes;
   3. uuid;
   4. uuid_numeric;
