### What problem does this PR solve?
mv def is as follwoing:
```sql
create materialize view sql_default_limit_table;
as
select id1, sum(sale_amt) from sql_default_limit_table group by id1;
```
if we ```set sql_select_limit = 1;```
the query as following should rewrite successfully, but now fail, the pr fix
this
```sql
select id1, sum(sale_amt) from sql_default_limit_table group by id1;
```
