### What problem does this PR solve?
Profile of broker load job is unstable.
Problem Summary:
1. The start time in profile of broker load job is not set. Leads to its
profile is deleted when profile num reaches the limit.
2. The auto_profile_threshold is not set, and its default fault is 500
instead of -1. Leads to its profile is deleted when it finished quickly.
