### What problem does this PR solve?
Support null aware left anti join rewrite by materialized view
such as mv def is as following, it's join type is NULL_AWARE_LEFT_ANTI_JOIN
```sql
select lineitem.L_LINENUMBER
from lineitem
where L_ORDERKEY not in (
select o_custkey from orders_nullable
);
```
if query is as following, should be rewritten successlly, this pr should this
```sql
select lineitem.L_LINENUMBER
from lineitem
where L_ORDERKEY not in (
select o_custkey from orders_nullable
) and L_LINENUMBER = 4;
```
