CREATE USER "root"@'172.16.10.%' IDENTIFIED BY '' DEFAULT ROLE 'operator': SQL ERROR [5064] [42000]: errCode = 2, detailMessage = Can not create root user CREATE USER "admin"@'172.16.10.%' IDENTIFIED BY '' DEFAULT ROLE 'operator': SQL ERROR [1105] [HY000]: errCode = 2, detailMessage = Can not granted user to role: operator DROP USER 'root'@'%': SQL ERROR [5064] [42000]: errCode = 2, detailMessage = Can not drop ### What You Expected? I hope to add a new user ‘root’@‘172.16.10.%’ to replace the original ‘root’@‘%’, so that only the specified IP can connect to the root user, instead of the default ‘root’@‘%’ . ### How to Reproduce? _No response_ ### Anything Else?
