### What problem does this PR solve?

Problem Summary:
This PR supports reading array types of other fixed dimensions in PostgreSQL
except bit array. The reading method is to convert the string into array format
instead of PostgreSQL's Json format. This feature is disabled by default. You
need to set FE conf `enable_postgresql_array_mapping_to_array_string` to true
and refresh the metadata of the table with array type to use it.
