   3be 3fe ,they are mix deployed. 
   
   ### What's Wrong?
   
   when the memory of the program limit exceed, it can't be released after the 
program was killed. the usage of the memory and the cpu still keep high.
   
   ### What You Expected?
   
   release the memory and cpu.
   
   ### How to Reproduce?
