[docs] remove gfs from the user list (#1000)
It's kindly requesting the Apache Doris community for the removal of GF
Securities from the user list.
We, the GF Securities's big data team, have confirmed that we have not
used Apache Doris for production use in data application scenarios at
present. And we have found no record or evidence for reporting use cases
to the community in the past.
