As title. <img width="694" alt="image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/fd897411-3d83-486f-a7a1-51280143cf69";> Here insert command will not be actually started when empty relation, so callback of txn commit and publish will never be called, resulting in an infinite transaction which will only finish when timeout reached. ### What You Expected?
