The thins is : Set property `"storage_medium"="ssd"` when creating table or partition . Default `storage_cooldown_time` is 30 days, which is same values as `storage_cooldown_second` in `fe.conf`. So, Set property `"default_storage_medium"="ssd"` in `fe.conf` .
