## Proposed changes Issue Number: close https://github.com/apache/doris/issues/15684 close https://github.com/apache/doris/issues/14332 <!--Describe your changes.--> ### Problem summary #### Background: Bvar is much more efficient than metric in be, so we can use bvar instead. #### Solution: - use bvar to replace original metric counters - refactor whole metric framework - add enough tests to test stability - change original metric by new metric file by file #### Detail Basic Class: | class name | relationship | | :---------------------------: | :----------: | | BvarMetric & BvarAdderMetric | Unit | | BvarMetricEntity | Entity | | BvarMetricRegistry | Registry | | SystemBvarMetircs | System | | DorisBvarMetircs | Doris | Supported effects： you can use https://127.0.0.1:8040/bvar_metrics to get bvar_metrics information of Doris and System.
