URL: https://github.com/apache/doris/pull/30593

   ## Proposed changes

https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/create-event.html#:~:text=This%20is%20an%20example%20of%20a%20minimal%20CREATE%20EVENT%20statement%3A

   The **starts** of circular scheduling and the **at** keyword of single
scheduling can be followed by current_timestamp to indicate immediate
scheduling.

   eg:
   ```sql
    CREATE JOB one_time  ON SCHEDULE at current_timestamp  do insert into...
    CREATE JOB recurring  ON SCHEDULE every 1 hour starts current_timestamp  do
insert into...
   ```

   ## Further comments

   If this is a relatively large or complex change, kick off the discussion at
[d...@doris.apache.org](mailto:d...@doris.apache.org) by explaining why you
chose the solution you did and what alternatives you considered, etc...
