**Describe the bug** The default memory limit of storage page cache is 20%. But it should be 20% of `mem_limit`, not 20% of `physical memory` This problem can cause that on some machines with large memory, such as 128G memory machines, even if mem_limit is set to 10G, the memory usage of the storage page cache may reach 25G (128*20%) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
