**Describe the bug**
In HTTP v1, `CancelStreamLoad` cannot recognize `LABEL_KEY` and report `No
label selected`.

It's because its path variable is overwritten by the wildcard of other API's.

In addition, the doc shows that there is no cancel API for stream load. If
the parameter is correct, this API is actually working.
