   **Describe the bug**
   Spark Repository throws an exception when user configures `spark_ resource_ 
path`
   
   **To Reproduce**
   Steps to reproduce the behavior:
   1.  Configure `spark_ resource_ path=/xxx/xxx/xxx/spark.zip` in fe.conf and 
restart fe.
   2. Create a spark load.
   3. Spark Repository throws an exception:
