## Proposed changes Tests prove that positive and well-distributed flush policy could accelerate the loading process by smoothen the loading rates. In this PR: 1. Enlarge the flush thread number to make the active flush thread number stable. 2. Lower the loading soft mem limit to make flush behavior well-distributed and positively.
