### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/doris/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Description No we want to enhance the feature of schema evolution when write data to doris by flink, and now we use mysql client to submit alter command to doris. We all know that the doris alter operation is asynchronous, we want to know the status and check the operation finished or not.
