## Proposed changes
Add the `file_suffix` option when exporting oufile to support custom file
suffix names.
for example:
```sql
select * from test_tbl
into outfile "s3://xxx"
FORMAT AS csv
PROPERTIES
(
"s3.endpoint" = "http://s3.bd.bcebos.com";,
"s3.access_key" = "xxxx",
"s3.secret_key" = "xxx",
"s3.region" = "bd"
"file_suffix" = "txt"
)
```
