## Proposed changes When csv has null data with multibyte separator, while load fail. Because in PlainCsvTextFieldSplitter::_split_field_multi_char after finding a delimiter, not skipping the complete delimiter to continue searching for next, resulting in multiple substrings being hit when there are consecutive delimiters with duplicate characters. Like sep="aaa"; two column: 1, null; rowdata="aaa1aaaaaa".
