We'd better keep these two mothods separate
`cancelReplayedExportJob` used to cancel the Export State in `checkpoint`
log and `OP_EXPORT_CREATE` log
`replayCreateExportJob` used to update the Export State in
`EXPORT_UPDATE_STATE` log.
