There are still some license issues in Doris' code.
We hope to resolve these license issues when version 0.13 is released.
We need to deal with the following issues:
1. MySQL client and LZO library
There 2 library are with GPL license, which is not compatible with
Apache License.
2. Missing license header of some files.
3. For all Non-Apache License code, declare their license in NOTICE, and
make sure they all compatible with Apache License
