### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/doris/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Description When there exists some line delimiter or column separator in column field in CSV file, the correctness and availabilities of loading will be affected. Therefore, we should introduce `enclose` and `escape`. The initial definition is from [docs](https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/rfc4180/).
