## Proposed changes Issue Number: close #xxx now inserting into the Datelike-type column have almost the same behavior as MySQL. 1. all illegal literal try to insert into a datelike column will insert `NULL` 2. fix the bug which we treat all string literal with a legal prefix as a legal datelike string literal. 3. decimal part of datetimeV2 now has to have a length of [0,9]. 4. a string literal of datetimeV2 value whose decimal part exceeds the length limit will cut off rather than get `NULL` from now on. ## Further comments If this is a relatively large or complex change, kick off the discussion at [d...@doris.apache.org](mailto:d...@doris.apache.org) by explaining why you chose the solution you did and what alternatives you considered, etc... -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
