## Proposed changes Issue Number: close #xxx <!--Describe your changes.--> Allows setting the minimum number of write replicas. When the number of successfully written copies exceeds it, the data import is successful. 1. If table's `min_load_replica_num` > 0, the minimum number of write replicas = table's `min_load_replica_num`; 2. Else if FE.conf's `min_load_replica_num` > 0, the minimum number of write replicas = `min(FE.conf.min_load_replica_num, table.replication_num/2+1)`； 3.
