   Incorrect result of CAST ... AS CHAR
   
   **To Reproduce**
   SELECT cast('20190101' AS CHAR(2));
   
   **Expected behavior**
   ```
   +-----------------------------+
   | cast('20190101' as CHAR(2)) |
   +-----------------------------+
   | 20                          |
   +-----------------------------+
   ```
   
   **Real behavior**
   ```
   +-------------------------------+
   | CAST('20190101' AS CHARACTER) |
   +-------------------------------+
   | 20190101                      |
   +-------------------------------+
   ```
