**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.** Both base compaction and cumulative compaction may cost a long time, say several seconds to several minutes. But I'm not clear how does the time cost in each sub-procedures, and of course not clear whether there is any problem and how to improve it. **Describe the solution you'd like** A trace util has been introduced into Doris by https://github.com/apache/incubator-doris/pull/3572.
