Please describe.** Currently, replica consistency checks are triggered automatically by Doris background processes. However, in some cases, administrators want to be able to manually trigger a consistency check on a particular tablet to quickly verify data consistency. **Describe the solution you'd like** Add a command to trigger consistency checks of specified tablets.
