While supporting overwrite, it can also support the modification of existing partitions, such as supporting partition splitting or merging, or modifying the number of buckets. If the Temporary Partition is not binding with the original Partition, we will need to support Temporary Partition set partition properties. such as `replication_num`, `in_memory`.
