### Search before asking - [x] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Table `t_ds_schedules` doesn't have index on column `workflow_definition_code`, but there are some SQL query by column `workflow_definition_code`, e.g. `queryByWorkflowDefinitionCode` in class `SchedulerServiceImpl`. So need to add index to reduce time cost when access db.
