The log indicates that the worker failed to execute spark-submit because it
could not find the resource file.
1. Check whether the file exists in `Mino` or the `resource center`?
2. The beginning of the workflow instance log prints the information of the
`spark-task`, for example,
`"mainJar":{"id":xx,"res":"xxx.jar","resourceName":"xxx.jar"}`. Could you
provide the logs from the beginning of the workflow instance?
