### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Currently the system hasn't provided a default value for the custom parallelism yet. It's really risky If the user chooses a long period to run the task by the mode of parallel execution.
